Clients can view their account balances and portfolio holdings through an internet-based securized system that provides 24 x 7 connection to Merrill Lynch Bank (Suisse) S.A. . Who can use this system? If you are a Merrill Lynch Bank (Suisse) S.A. client, please contact your Financial Advisor. How current is the information on the system? Account information is updated on a daily basis and shown as of the close of business of the previous day. Does this securized application replace my periodical statement? Users of the system may choose to discontinue delivery of their physical statements. Your Financial Advisor will be pleased to discuss the options with you. Is account information secure? Yes. We have developed a multi-level security system using high level encryption and a three-layered security login system. How often do I have to change my password? Once a year.
